Casa Mauletta is located at an altitude of 350 meters in the middle of the gentle hills below the medieval village of Monteleone d'Orvieto, and only 5 kilometers from the Fabro Scalo exit on the A1 motorway midway between Rome and Florence. Therefore, it is easy and quick to get around.
In Fabro Scalo, which is only a few kilometers from Casa Mauletta, there is also a train station where you can easily get to Rome or Florence if you prefer to experience these cities without having to worry about traffic or looking for parking spaces.

Casa Mauletta is a 220 year old traditional Italian farm house surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
All the rooms, apartment and facilities at the old Casa Mauletta are impeccably renovated with great care and furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind.
OUR OWN OLIVEOIL
On the Casa Mauletta grounds we have approx. 240 olive trees that are of mixed species and ages. They creates a genuine Italian atmosphere on site, but is also the basis for the olive oil we use every day. When the harvest has been good, we also sell the oil privately to guests, friends and acquaintances who appreciate high quality and honest delicious products.
A DREAM COME TRUE
For more than 25 years, we spent the vast majority of our summer holidays in Italy. When our children were small mostly on campsites, but later on in small cozy agriturismos or B&B places. We became more and more fascinated by life in these places and the dream of starting something similar one day was born.
