Casa Mauletta's rental apartment is located between the B&B department and the private department.

The apartment contains of a living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and on the 1st floor a large loft (low ceiling height), with sleeping places for up to 3 children/teenagers. In the bedroom there is also space for a baby bed (child up to 15 kg).

There is air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the loft.

The apartment has an outdoor area/terrace facing the garden and overlooking the valley.

The kitchen is equipped for 6 people with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer and electric kettle.

When staying in the apartment, it is possible to purchase Casa Mauletta's luxury breakfast for €10/adult/day and €5/child under 12/day. This is served in the B&B's dining room or on the private terrace, depending on the weather and needs. It is also possible to order freshly baked buns delivered to the door - 8 buns for €4
